Standard shipping - $12 (2-6 business days)
Express shipping - $30 (1-3 business days)
Orders over $150 receive free standard shipping.
Individual sample packs receive free standard shipping. 

Delivery

Please note: Our sculptural candles are made to order. Please allow 2-5 days for processing (excluding shipping times). All items in the order will ship together.

We use Australia Post to send all of our orders.

Regional areas outside the express post network may an additional 2+ business days. 

If 7 business days have past since your order has been sent, please email us with your full name and order number so that we can look into your delivery as soon as possible.

Tracking

Once your order is packed and leaves our studio you will receive an email with a tracking number for your parcel.

All orders are posted with the authority to leave in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by your delivery driver, should you not be home at the time of delivery. Delivery drivers will still follow your delivery instructions. If they believe there is no secure place to leave your parcel or it is too large, you will automatically be booked for a redelivery or receive an email notification for collection from your local post office.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is available on all orders from us in Preston, Victoria. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up.

We have established specific pick-up hours for the week. You must email us at info@bkncandleco.com to confirm your pick up day/time once you've placed your order & before arriving to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.
